Al is a former educational leader with one of Ontario’s largest public school boards, bringing over 20 years of experience working with neuro-diverse adolescents, young adults, and their families. He specializes in supporting individuals with ADHD through personalized coaching that integrates academic or career goals, social and emotional well-being, physical health, and relationships. He also provides educational advocacy across the elementary, secondary, and post-secondary systems.


Known for his warm, client-centred approach, Al builds strong connections with clients by drawing on both professional expertise and personal experience. He tailors strategies to each person’s unique profile and lived routines, helping them develop new habits and achieve meaningful goals. Al views ADHD as a strength, guiding clients to recognize their “superpower” and embrace the benefits of ADHD.


In addition, Al is a certified relationship and attachment theory coach He helps clients explore core beliefs, personal needs, boundaries, and coping mechanisms to build self-awareness and recognize patterns in their relationships. His work emphasizes emotional literacy and the development of secure attachment styles, supporting clients in fostering healthier and more fulfilling personal connections.


Al is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and creates a safe, supportive space for growth. He is currently accepting new clients for individual, parent, family, and couples coaching, as well as school consultations. Sessions are available virtually across Ontario unless otherwise arranged.
