Group Therapy/ADHD Coachinng
Group Psychotherapy and ADHD Coaching for Individuals in Ontario

Group Psychotherapy
Group psychotherapy is an 8-week program that provides a structured and facilitated therapeutic environment where individuals can explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns in the presence of others who may have similar lived experiences.
This shared context can support increased awareness, reflection, and new ways of understanding oneself and relating to others.
Each group is organized around a specific theme or focus area, such as:
Living with an ADHD partner
Grief - late ADHD diagnosis
Romantic relationships
People-pleasing and boundaries
Emotional regulation
Self-worth and identity
Group ADHD Coaching
ADHD group coaching is designed for adults with ADHD who want to improve focus, organization, decision-making, and overall performance in their work and daily life.
Many individuals with ADHD are capable, driven, and successful on the outside, yet privately struggle with overwhelm, inconsistency, overthinking, and difficulty sustaining focus.
ADHD group coaching provides a practical, supportive environment to develop systems that work in real life.

Over the course of 8 sessions, you will learn and apply strategies to:
Improve time management, organization, and prioritization
Strengthen focus and follow-through
Reduce overwhelm and mental clutter
Enhance decision-making and problem-solving
Build consistent, sustainable performance habits
